Teacher, Mentor, and Professor — Dr. Lisa Williams to Speak at 2018 Summit

On April 17, 2018, Dr. Lisa Williams, co-author of When Treating all the Kids the Same is the Real Problem: Educational Leadership and the 21st Century Dilemma of Difference, will deliver the opening keynote at the NAPE National Summit for Educational Equity. Dr. Williams, who currently serves as Executive Director of Equity and Cultural Proficiency for the Baltimore County Public School System, has presented at the local, state, and national levels on topics related to improving outcomes for marginalized student populations. NAPE looks forward to having Dr. Williams share her knowledge, experience, expertise, and passion during the opening plenary session at the 2018 Summit.
