NAPE
Membership Information

NAPE operates on a subscription basis with its fiscal year covering July 1 to June 30. Subscriptions are used to support the Program of Work, and a portion may be set aside to use for professional development travel and resources.

NAPE Constitution and Bylaws

Categories of Membership 

State-Level Membership may be granted to any State agency responsible for leadership, technical assistance, and professional development about equity issues in education related to workforce development, including vocational and technical education. The NAPE Executive Committee annually sets the State-Level Membership fees. Each State-Level Member shall designate a voting representative to serve on the Board of Directors and to be the primary contact person for NAPE.

Affiliate Membership may be granted to agencies, organizations, and businesses within a member state and all national organizations that wish to partner with NAPE members to promote equity in education and workforce development. The annual Affiliate Member fee is currently $100. Each Affiliate shall designate a non-voting representative to serve on the Board of Directors and to be the primary contact person for NAPE.
