San Jose High School’s STEM Equity Pipeline students presented at the National PLTW Summit. With funding from the Motorola Solutions Foundation, NAPE worked with a team of faculty and students at San Jose High School and conducted the Program Improvement Process for Equity training, resulting in a community event last June. This event included a series of mini talks based on the Nontraditional Career Preparation: Root Causes and Strategies framework. Three PLTW students who participated in the STEM Equity Pipeline program from San Jose High School presented a summary of their work at the national PLTW Summit on Wednesday, November 5, in Indianapolis, IN.
