Joyce Ayers has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit field. She worked for Chemung Schuyler Steuben (CSS) Workforce Development in Corning, New York, where she was responsible for managing the office and youth programs, monitoring awardees, and assisting in the finance office. After 15 years at CSS, Joyce served as the finance manager at the Economic Opportunity Program (EOP; a community action program) in Elmira, New York. After moving from New York, she worked in the accounting offices of various manufacturing businesses in Nashville, Tennessee, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Morgantown, Pennsylvania. At NAPE she handles all phases of accounting, updates and tracks the national database, manages NAPE State and Affiliate membership records, and coordinates registration, logistics, and resource materials for all NAPE-sponsored events across the country. Joyce has an AS in human services from Corning Community College, New York.
